Since the 7 DSX course covers some moderate to complex stickings, it's appropriate for you if you have an understanding of the basic rudiments like, singles, doubles & paradiddles (intermediate beginner/intermediate or advanced). If you can play these rudiments comfortably, then the 7-DSX is a good fit for you.
